Our story began more than 16 years ago when two broke and exhausted individuals, realized they wanted to build a better future. By being frugal and intentional, we were able to pay off thousands in credit card debt inherited from prior relationships. After a few years we’ve built a true American Dream for ourselves, our two children, and three furry family members – Tiger, Egor and Merlot. Real estate gave us the flexibility to invest in a variety of exciting projects while being able to continue building our corporate careers. As of today, we are co-sponsors and JV partners in 90+ multifamily units and an affordable housing land development amounting to a multimillion dollar portfolio.
As we’ve gone through our own roller coaster of struggles and successes, we are on a mission to build and create safe communities and provide investors the opportunity to participate in this process while earning above average returns.

We primarily invest in B/C class small to mid-size apartment buildings that are mismanaged, with below market rents, and/or above market vacancy. Our niche focus on small to mid-sized properties mitigates competition from most small and institutional investors.
We buy cash flowing properties that can be quickly repositioned via operational improvements or light renovations. If returns justify the risk, we will opportunistically consider investments in heavier value-add projects or larger properties.
Our teams and partners oversee the asset management of each property and actively manage on-site operations. Our firsthand experience allows for effective oversight using proven systems.
Today is becoming more difficult to get approved for purchase home loans. This has been creating a tremendous demand for multifamily rental housing. Our strong relationships with community banks allow us to acquire properties using creative financing strategies very often overlooked by an average investor.
We Invest in apartment complexes in blue collar communities where taxes and regulations are not as burdensome as in other areas of the country.
We strive for cash-on-cash returns of at least 6-7%. These return rates, coupled with the equity built over time, make our investing approach a valuable option for any wealth building strategy.

With an extensive experience in sales and marketing for residential and commercial real estate. Vlad has been leading direct marketing efforts as well as acquisition and disposition efforts relating to investing in distressed, off market properties. Vlad is skilled in acquisition negotiations and multiple creative financing strategies. As a real estate agent licensed in NJ, Vlad has developed an extensive network of investors, real estate agents, contractors and other relevant parties.

For over 17 years in transaction advisory, finance, and audit, Olga has been providing companies with consulting services that involve valuations of business enterprises and appraisal of commercial real estate. She has an extensive experience auditing REITs, as well as reviewing real estate portfolio investments of asset managers. Over the years, she has appraised large multifamily, office and retail properties, self-storage and data center facilities as well as hospitals. Olga also has extensive experience with underwriting, acquisition analysis and due diligence.
Olga and Vlad have been married for 13 years.

Jake and Gino have amassed a portoflio of over 1,600 multifamily units with $100,000,000 in assets under management, and host one of the top multifamily real estate podcast on iTunes.
Jake and Gino are both experts in multifamily real estate investing and have achieved, in just a few years, the sort of financial freedom they always wanted but weren’t sure was possible.
While a certain amount of timing, coincidence, and luck brought Jake and Gino together, their website, books, and an arsenal of podcasts help bring that same luck, and years of experience, to other investors.
CEO, Broadwell Property Group
Bill is the Chief Operating Officer of Broadwell Property Group, based in Roswell, Georgia. Broadwell Property Group owns and is invested in hundreds of units in Georgia and Texas, and has executed a full business cycle on multiple apartment communities.
Bill has over twenty years of experience in investment real estate, is a best-selling author and speaker on the subject, has purchased and owned over one thousand units during his career, and is a proven expert and veteran in the industry.
Founder, MIH Mastermind
In 1996, Marco graduated from Fairfield University and turned down a job with GE Capital to go into the restaurant business with his brother Gino. At the age of 23, he bought his first multifamily property, a 4-family, in New York.
In 2013, he began investing with his brother & Jake in Knoxville Tennessee, where they purchased their first twenty-five unit deal. Since then, he has partnered with Jake & Gino and on his own on over 2,500 units and has witnessed and participated in the growth of the company.
Marco excels in networking, building teams and putting people in place to succeed. He is a husband and the father of 3 beautiful girls. His family and multifamily are his two main focuses in life.
Multifamily Investor & Coach
Joe brings years of experience working with Fortune 500 companies into his real estate investing career. In 2018 he starting investing in duplexes in Kansas City getting his feet wet in real estate investing. In 2020 he joined the Jake and Gino community and made the leap into Multifamily and has been able to scale his business to 400+ units in the Midwest.
Joe is co-host of “KC Multifamily and More”, which is a real-estate networking group. They host monthly virtual sessions to share his passion for real estate with others.
